Visit Our Edinburgh Office

Located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, our office is easily accessible by public transport. We are a short walk from both Waverley Station and the St Andrew Square bus station.

Consultations are conducted by appointment only. Please contact us via email to arrange a suitable time. We offer both in-person meetings at our office and remote consultations via video call for those who prefer not to travel.

Before Your Consultation

To make the most of your appointment, we recommend gathering the following documents in advance:

  • Proof of identity (passport, driving licence, or similar)
  • National Insurance number
  • Recent bank statements (if applying for means-tested benefits)
  • Any correspondence from the DWP or local council regarding existing claims
  • Medical evidence if applying for disability-related benefits
  • Details of your household income and outgoings

If you are unsure what to bring, simply describe your situation in your initial enquiry and we will advise accordingly.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. During busier periods, particularly around changes to benefit policies or payment dates, responses may take up to 48 hours.

For existing clients with ongoing cases, please reference your consultation number in any correspondence to help us locate your records quickly.

Our consultation services provide guidance and support for benefit and pension applications. We do not make decisions on your claims, which remain the responsibility of relevant government bodies. For emergency financial assistance, please contact your local council or Citizens Advice.
